celebrity big brother contestants Lamar Odom and Todd Bridges have bonded in the house on many levels, and they’ve even talked about working on a sitcom together. Lamar, a 42-year-old retiree, two-time NBA champion, and Todd, a 56-year-old actor most recognized for playing Willis on Different shots, lined up in the game from the start. Lamar and Todd joined an alliance with Miesha Tate and Todrick Hall, but soon realized that Miesha and Todrick were more loyal to their own Final 2 deal than to them. They knew that if they wanted to progress in the game, they would have to fight to win competitions and move power in the house. Lamar and Todd supported each other until they were both kicked out of the house during the double eviction episode.

Both Lamar and Todd have struggled with drug addiction over the years. In 2015, Lamar was hospitalized due to a medical emergency after using cocaine in the days leading up to the incident. He suffered from kidney failure, several heart attacks and 12 strokes. He fell into a coma and was placed on life support. Lamar recovered incredibly from that ordeal and is now sober after recovering from his cocaine addiction. During his exit interview with Julie Chen Moonves, Lamar revealed that he asked Todd Bridges to be his sober coach. Lamar said Todd had been sober for 33 years and considered him an inspiration. He hopes to continue learning from him in the future and looks forward to cultivating their friendship outside of the celebrity big brother lodge.

In an interview with We Weekly, Lamar revealed that he and Todd were considering working on a sitcom together. Lamar said, “Our energy was so good together. People seemed to feed off of it.” Lamar shared that if Todd can get Willis’s name back, they’ll probably call the show, Willis and Lamy. “Lammy” is the nickname the Kardashian family gave Lamar when he was married to Khloé. Lamar went on to say: “I think we might get a good response if we could get someone to write something.”

Lamar shared that he would be open to moving if this opportunity with Todd actually happens. He said, “I wouldn’t mind going back to Los Angeles to be a sitcom star. I never thought it would happen, but God puts things in front of us and it’s up to us to make the decisions whether or not to make them. to refuse them.” Based on the response to their friendship in the celebrity big brother house, Lamar and Todd could expect a huge fan base for this show.

If Lamar and Todd really starred in this sitcom, they could experience new chapters in their careers and lives. Although they didn’t win celebrity big brother, they gained invaluable friendship and new opportunities. Fans will enjoy watching the next adventure in the life of Willis and Lamy.
