Recently, Reynolds took to his YouTube channel to share the trailer for the upcoming ABC show, which is set to be hosted by Parks and recreation star Adam Scott.

In each episode of the show, families of four will compete in a series of physical and mental challenges, but of course there’s a catch. For each challenge, competitors are told “do nothing”.

Examples include “don’t look back”, “don’t blink”, “don’t let go” or “don’t be shocked”, to name a few.

“Fun fact, Adam’s salary is tied to the number of times he says the title of the show,” Reynolds can be heard saying in the hilarious video.

Not was originally announced on social media over a year ago by the Canadian actor.
