Board game: “[Chad Duell, Michael, GH, her fiancé, and I] got a board game called Pandemic where you have to strategize to save the world from an epidemic and we love it. We have already played it almost 50 times.
Recipe book: “It’s not a cookbook per se, but I’m really counting on the Foods that change life for medical purposes delivered. I like to discover different foods, what is healthy for you, eat by color and also eat intuitively. It’s very informative and my cookbook.
Documentary: “I love all the crime documentaries, but I just watched My octopus teacher and it was fantastic!
Fitness app: “I have two. One is Glo, which has Pilates, barre and yoga. I also like the Sweat app, which is more intense. With these two apps, I can exercise for years. They are great.”
Grocery product: “Good & Gather Dark Chocolate Almond Butter. It tastes like Nutella. This is delicious.
Hulu Series: “I have been obsessed with THE BOLD TYPE since day one. I think it’s so well written.
Kitchen gadget: “My future father-in-law gave us this little ladybug that we drag on the counter and which sucks up the crumbs. It is something that I use every day.
Briefs: “Bryan Cranston [ex- Douglas, LOVING] A life in pieces, which I really appreciated. It’s informative and fun. I also liked to read Life user manual by [director] Tom Shadyac. He had everything then lost everything in a bicycle accident but it is also hysterical.
Netflix Series: “I love you with Penn Badgley [ex-Chance, Y&R]. “
Online Stores: “I love Carbon38 for workout clothes, Good American for fashion, and Emerson Ecologics – Wellevate is their vitamin and supplement section.”
sitcom : “She oscillates between THE OFFICE, SEINFELD and FRIENDS. I’m a classic TV girl and these shows are hilarious.
YouTube channels: “I’m listening to Abraham Hicks. [Esther Hicks] is this spiritual girl and I follow her a lot. I majored in psychology, and there is a You Tube channel that I find fascinating called MedCircle, which deals with psychology.

Amazon Prime Series: “THE WONDERFUL MRS. MAISEL. It’s entertaining and a fun period show.
Autobiography: “The Diary of Anne Frank because it was my first introduction to the Holocaust as a child and should be required reading for all school children. “
Board game: “Monopoly. I’ve been playing it since I was a kid and still want to own Boardwalk and Park Place.
Rom-Com: “Mom mia because I always liked ABBA and also Garry Marshall’s Mothers’ Day because I’m in it!
Competition show: “DANCE WITH THE STARS, I’ve always wanted to be a part of it. I love everything about it.
Documentary: “Won’t you be my neighbor? is a beautiful examination of the life and legacy of Fred Rogers.
Drama series: “I started watching THIS IS US to keep an eye on my former Y&R teammate Justin Hartley [ex-Adam], and I never miss it now because the show is beautifully written and performed.
Grocery product: “Bumblebee tuna packed in water. It is the staple food in my life and always has been.
Hulu Series: “THE HANDMAID’S TALE is fascinating and the twists are constantly surprising.”
Meal delivery service: “Freshly. Com has a great variety that is always fresh and delicious, and they are always adding new entries.”
Netflix Series: “THE KOMINSKY METHOD because of the amazing cast, Hollywood realities it portrays and it’s just funny.”
Novel: “The power to let go by John Purkiss taught me to enjoy every moment and let go of the thoughts that block you.
Podcast: “A link between Cooking with Digest, for obvious reasons, and Off the red carpet with George Pennacchio because he’s a great interviewer.
Reality show: “SHARK TANK because I love watching negotiations, and it cements my belief that you should never give up.”
Self-help book: “The road less traveled by Mr. Scott Peck. It’s been around for a long time, but I enjoy it more every time I read it.
